To demonstrate more dynamic expressions of social impact across physical space, the cost per per day for populations under 26 years of age against median incomes across the city by block group to show enlarge boundaries of both lower and upper income neighborhoods. 

 

To differ impact to the reader, the z-axis is expressive of the value of change of difference in wealth imposed on different groups of the city, ie (theoretical social measure of impact at intersection of medians):

 

        The impression of  difference of multiple children to the bottom line of poverty of a household, is exaggerated by elevation or depression, with the peaks having the least impact (populations of wealth and few to no youth).
